Mr. Kumar S. Taurani is the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company having guided the Companysince inception to its current leadership position. Mr. Kumar Taurani is currently the Chairman of the Indian Music Industry as well under which two royalty bodies PPL and IPRS operate.Through his vision, courage and determination, Mr. Kumar Taurani along with his brother Mr. Ramesh Taurani has successfully moulded Tips into India’s leading media company and is a third largest music company in India after Saregama and Super Cassettes Industries Limited.
Mr. Ramesh S.Taurani
Mr. Ramesh Taurani, one of the leading media industry veteran is the Managing Directors of Tips Industries Limited. He alongwith his brother Kumar Taurani started their musical journey in the early 1980s with a repertoire of regional and devotional music titles, venturing into popular Hindi film music at a later stage.
Under the stewardship of Mr. Ramesh Taurani, TIPS has produced music albums of stalwarts like Lata Mangeshkar, Jagjit Singh, Pankaj Udhas, Anoop Jalota and others and also introduced new artists world like Atif Aslam, JAL the Band, Sachin Gupta, Monali Thakur etc.
Mr. Amitabh Mundhra
Mr. Amitabh Mundhra is an Independent Director of Tips Industries Ltd. He sits on several boards in infrastructure, mining and associated Industries.
Mr. Mundhra possessed B. Sc. Eng. Degree from Kolkata University. He actively participates in various organisations like CFI, NICMAR, BAI, CII, CIDC etc. His other interests lay in skill development and education. He is also associated with other Trusts and Institutions to promote music, art and cultural activities
Ms. Radhika Pereira
Ms. Radhika Pereira is Independent Director of Tips Industries Limited. She is a graduate of life sciences and law from Mumbai University and a postgraduate from Cambridge University as well as Harvard University.
She is a successful advocate by profession and also a proprietor of ‘Dudhat Pereira & Associates’. She has been involved with a wide range of transactional work in areas of project finance for infrastructure and development projects, corporate finance and intellectual property rights-related issues
Mr. Venkitaraman S. Iyer
Mr. Venkitaraman S. Iyer is Independent Director of Tips Industries Ltd. He holds Masters Degree in Commerce and is a Practising Chartered Accountant, having wide range of exposure and experience in the field of Corporate Laws, Finance, Audit and Taxation matters.
He was also involved in advisory capacity in number of blue chip companies covering various industry segments viz., manufacturing, engineering, entertainment, infrastructure, real estate, telecom and financial services.
